We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, works well in a fast-paced workplace, and enjoys creating a great dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat customers.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Process payments using the POS system.
Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
Requirements:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid Australian working rights.
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is an advantage but not essential.
