Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team of Home Care Workers in the Northern, Southern, Eastern & Western metropolitan Melbourne, Australia.

Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional home care services to elderly clients within their residences.
Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Support clients in their mobility and daily living activities.
Assist with medications according to clients' prescribed schedules.
Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met.
Undertake housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry.
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients.
Offer social support and transportation assistance for medical appointments and grocery shopping.

Requirements:
Certification in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Support, or a related field is desired. (If you do not have a certificate, home help, cleaning and housekeeping duties will be assigned).




Medication Assistance/Prompting certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience in caring for elderly or disabled individuals is preferred but not mandatory.
Possess a valid Victorian driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
A valid and transparent National Police Check.
Hold a CPR and First Aid certificate (Level 2).
Display compassion, patience, and understanding towards clients.
