Salary – $35-$40 p/hour + super + company ute

Job tasks and responsibilities
you will need the ability to work independently, as a team leader or as part of a team.
teaching and passing on knowledge to apprentices
complete all aspects of garden maintenance at jobs as well managing a team.
monitor the health of gardens and have an approach that progressively improves the quality of our jobs
time management skills

Skills and experience




candidates must be qualified in Horticulture or have multiple years experience and have a valuable knowledge of the horticulture trade including plant and weed identification
have experience in all aspects of garden maintenance including hedging and topiary, pruning, weeding, pest and disease control, plant health etc.
have excellent communication skills
have a manual drivers licence
have a solid attention to detail and have a great work ethic.
reliable, punctual and hard working
