We are looking for caring and dedicated Home Care Worker - with car to support aged care and disability clients in their homes.

As a Home Care Worker,
Help people with disabilities live independent lives by providing care and support.
Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meals.
Organise social and recreational activities to promote inclusion.
Monitor clients' health and medication and provide emotional support.
Work with a team and keep records of care.
Support elderly individuals in maintaining their independence and well-being.
Help with personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming.
Provide companionship and engage in conversation.
Assist with household chores and organizing activities.
Monitor health, administer medications, and document care.
Collaborate with healthcare specialists and family members.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.
Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safety regulations.




Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and manual tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Preferably with Certificate III or IV (Advantage)
Preferably with hoist experience (Advantage)

Pay: From $41.26 per hour
