Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Head Chef position.
Proven ability to lead and manage a busy kitchen.
Must work well under pressure and thrive in a quick-paced workplace.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to manage stock, control food costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
