Passion Disability Support Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Male Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to NDIS participants across Brisbane.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:
Provide personal care and daily living assistance
Support participants with community access and social engagement
Assist with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication prompts
Implement positive behaviour support strategies where required
Maintain accurate shift notes and documentation
Promote participant choice, independence, and dignity

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in Disability Support or Aged Care
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (preferred)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
Comprehensive Car Insurance
Current National Police Check




Working rights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for weekdays, weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays (preferred)

Desirable
Experience with manual handling, personal care, and medication administration
Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities, autism, intellectual disabilities, or high-intensity needs
Knowledge of person-centred and trauma-informed support
