iRepair Tech is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team at Hyperdome Shopping Centre, Loganholme QLD 4129. This role is pivotal in providing excellent customer service and high-quality repair services to our valued clients. As a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of mobile devices, ensuring our customers leave satisfied with the service they received.

What you'll be doing
Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile phone repairs, accessories. Proven ability to repair a range of devices including iPhone, Samsung, Oppo, and others.
Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware and software issues with mobile phones, tablets and other devices




Carry out intricate repair procedures, including screen replacements, battery replacements and more
Process incoming repair requests in a timely manner, providing realistic turnaround times to customers
Proven expertise in product sales, understanding customer needs, and upselling
Sell Mobile Phone accessories to customers, offering guidance and recommendations based on their needs.
Maintain a clean, organised and effective work setting

Pay: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour
