We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate commercial embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered garments and products while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate commercial embroidery machines.
Load designs, thread machines, and prepare garments for production.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Maintain production records and meet daily production targets.
Work closely with the production team to ensure timely order completion.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience operating embroidery machines is preferred.
Experience with commercial embroidery brands such as Tajima, Barudan, or SWF is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic computer skills for loading embroidery files.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg when required.
