Samboy Pizzas Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Chefs to join our talented team in South Townsville. There are full-time and Part time prospects available for passionate chefs to showcase their culinary expertise in our vibrant hospitality establishment.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook high-quality Mediterranean meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
Ensure all food preparation and cooking activities adhere to health and safety standards
Contribute to the development and refinement of menus to delight our customers
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Mediterranean Chef in a similar hospitality workplace
Robust culinary skills and expertise in a range of cooking techniques
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment
Passionate about using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes
