The Coffee Club Mango Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced All-Rounder / Barista to join our friendly and fast-paced team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in excellent coffee and customer service, and is comfortable helping across all areas of a busy café.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages consistently
Providing friendly and welcoming customer service
Taking orders and operating the POS system
Serving food and drinks efficiently
Assisting with food preparation and café operations
Clearing and cleaning tables and maintaining a clean dining area
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
Helping with opening and closing duties when required

What We’re Looking For
Previous barista or café experience is preferred
Confident using a coffee machine and preparing a range of coffees
A positive, friendly and reliable attitude




Robust communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced workplace
A team player who is happy to assist wherever needed
Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
