Complete Care Team is a highly respected company that was established in 1999. We specialise in supporting community based clients with disabilities and in particular clients with complex care needs, including people with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and spinal injuries. We focus on all aspects of our clients needs, providing a quality home based person-centred service which puts clients at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

The ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, caring, tolerant and a dedicated carer. We are looking for carers who have exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills with a deep understanding of person-centred care. They will have a willingness to learn, be punctual, reliable and have solid problem solving abilities. In addition, they should be able to work both independently and within a team.

Duties may vary to suit the needs of the individual clients. This may include however are not limited to:
Personal care - assist with self care routine: showering, dressing, grooming
Domestic duties - housework, laundry
Meal preparation - including preparing next day's school lunch




Community access - Assist with after school activities like going to the gym, and weekend leisure activities

Essential criteria:
NDIS Worker Check
Working with Children Check
National Police Check
First Aid Certificate
Working rights in Australia
Drivers Licence
Reliable insured vehicle

Essential:
Available for various shifts Monday to Friday 330pm-10pm and weekends all day
Disability Industry experience
An understanding of Acquired Brain Injury and using Positive Behaviour Support Strategies
