Your Role

As Demi Chef, you’ll assist in the preparation and presentation of quality dishes across various kitchen sections. You’ll work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency and efficiency in a high-volume, mostly lunch-focused service environment.

Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to standard under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation within your station.
Rotate through kitchen sections, gaining well-rounded experience.
Contribute to daily prep,



plating, and smooth kitchen operations.
Support junior staff and collaborate with the wider kitchen team.

What We’re Looking For

You’re a team-oriented, energetic chef with a strong work ethic and desire to grow. You take pride in quality and consistency and are excited to work in a refined, quick-paced environment.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen workplace.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Strong time management and communication skills.
Valid Australian working rights and driver’s licence (preferred).
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
