Responsibilities / Requirements

Skills/Experience:
Extensive experience in complex ICT contract negotiations, especially for whole-of-government or large-scale software and cloud arrangements.
Proven capabilities in market analysis, pricing benchmarks, and commercial and risk mitigation strategies, particularly with SSA vendors.
Thorough understanding of Australian government procurement frameworks and probity obligations (which may include states and territory laws and procurement policies).
