The Role

The Service Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating service operations across Brisbane, ensuring the safe, productive and profitable delivery of HVAC maintenance, repairs and breakdown services. The role manages service technicians, subcontractors, scheduling, customer relationships, quoting, quality control and compliance.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Providing strong leadership and direction for the Brisbane Service business by managing a team of Customer Account Managers, Supervisors, Technicians and Apprentices.
Day-to-day alignment with deployment teams to ensure delivery of our contractual requirements, scheduling accordingly and offering support.
Fostering a culture of exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and client retention while ensuring full compliance with business KPIs and service standards.
Leading by example and drive our purpose, values and non-negotiables
Building a high performing team

The Service Manager also oversees workplace health and safety, staff development, financial performance, invoicing, cost control and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

The ideal candidate will have solid HVAC industry experience, proven leadership skills and a sound understanding of commercial air-conditioning systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organisational and customer-service skills are essential.
