We are seeking a caring and experienced female support worker to support an 11-year-old girl in Ellenbrook with complex care needs. In line with the participant and family's preference to support cultural understanding and communication, applicants from a Punjabi or Indian cultural background are encouraged to apply.

Shift Availability
Any day: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

You will be supporting a young girl with complex care needs, including mealtime management and PEG feeding, and assisting with community access. This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to providing protected, attentive, person-centred care.

Key Requirements
Female support worker
Punjabi or Indian cultural background preferred, to support cultural connection and communication with the participant and family
Current driver's licence, own vehicle, and confidence transporting the participant for community access
Experience with PEG feeding
Medication competency
Training or experience in severe dysphagia management
Knowledge of advanced mealtime management
Confidence and experience supporting children with complex care needs
Current Working with Children check





Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
