We are looking for a Passionate Person hoping to start their journey in Support & Personal Care Work or someone with previous experience to join our team in looking after our clients and their homes in the Rothwell, North Lakes and Brisbane North area. The role will include a Domestic Assistance, Transportation and Companion Care supporting a range of clients on a variety of funding programs.

Care to Care™ provides in-home assistance to Aged and Disabled clients enabling them to live their lives independently in their own homes. Our services include Personal Care, Nursing Care, Domestic Assistance, Transportation, Companionship & Pastoral Care, In-Home Respite and Light Gardening.

Main Responsibilities:
Provide Domestic Assistance
Provide companionship and support clients with social activities.
Transport clients to and from appointments and classes.

Key requirements:
Well presented, reliable and resilient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
Current unrestricted driver’s license
Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check (or willing to obtain)
Comprehensive car insurance
COVID 19 & Current Flu Vaccination
