We're looking for a passionate Barista / Front of House Team Member to join the Kosta's team! If you love making excellent coffee, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest, this could be the perfect fit. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and doesn't mind lending a hand in other areas of the venue when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and other café drinks.
Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional customer service.
Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system.
Assist with food preparation and serving when required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked front-of-house and coffee station.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Work collaboratively with both the front and back of house teams to ensure smooth service.
What You’ll Need:
Previous barista and/or front of house experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
MUST be able to prepare espresso-based coffee and other café beverages.
A positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
A robust sense of urgency, reliability, and attention to detail.
Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm).
