The role
Advise on financial regulation across global leasing and asset finance
Support international transactions, licensing and regulatory change
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Treasury and senior stakeholders
Help shape regulatory strategy for creative AI and infrastructure financing

About you
Qualified solicitor with financial regulatory, banking, leasing or asset finance experience
Background in private practice and/or in-house
Robust commercial approach with international experience
