Ballajura based Physiotherapy clinic is looking for a receptionist. We are a small but busy clinic with Physiotherapy and Podiatry combined.

We are looking for someone adaptable and reliable to work up to 25 hours a week and possibly one Saturday morning from 8am to 12 noon per month. There is an prospect for more hours to cover holidays and sick leave.

Tasks & Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments. Processing patient billing and receipting, Medicare, Hicaps and DVA claims. General administration duties including answering phones, scanning, updating and maintaining patient records. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and other third parties; face to face, over the phone and via electronic communication.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare clinic. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly. PPMP software previous use not essential but beneficial.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
