Sundowner Hotel & Motel is looking for an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our team in Caboolture.

As a key member of the venue leadership team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of the venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality skilled who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing strong teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the team during day and evening shifts
Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences
Oversee gaming, bar, bistro and venue operations
Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming and venue procedures
Assist with staff supervision, cash handling and shift management
Support the Venue Manager in maintaining high operational standards
Foster a positive team culture and lead by example

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Duty Manager or hospitality leadership role
Current RSA, RSG,



RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (QLD)
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
A hands-on approach and passion for hospitality
The ability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
Experience working in gaming, bar and food & beverage environments is highly regarded
