About The Role
This is a high-profile Brisbane project with a high level of architectural design and specification.
It's a multi-faceted role and will incorporate the following.
Design coordination and documentation management
Procurement and subcontractor coordination
Programming support, sequencing, and progress tracking
QA inspections and compliance
Cost tracking, variations, and project reporting
Working closely with Project Managers and Site teams
About You
Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
Experience with a Head Contractor or Builder Developer
Background delivering building projects within the $50M-$300M range
Exposure to one or more sectors: Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Mixed-Use
Residential or mixed-use project experience is highly regarded
Sound understanding of medium- to high-rise buildings
Comfortable working with project systems
Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work collaboratively within quick-paced site teams
