Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is seeking a Member Support Leader to shape the end-to-end member experience across Envoyage, Link Travel Group and Luxury Travel Collection. You will lead onboarding, ongoing engagement and events, driving AI-enabled improvements and cost-productive support.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will build a high-performance team, set SLAs, and scale onboarding while collaborating with global teams to grow wallet share and protect member trust.
