Cockatoo Dental is a contemporary, patient-focused dental clinic located in Cockatoo. We’re looking for a kind, reliable Senior Dental Assistant / Receptionist (All-Rounder) to join our friendly team.
This is a blended role combining chairside assisting and reception duties, perfect for someone who enjoys supporting patients and being part of a positive, close-knit team.
About the Role
This position includes a mix of clinical assisting and front desk responsibilities, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients.
Your duties may include:
Chairside dental assisting
Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms
Sterilisation and infection control
Welcoming and assisting patients at reception
Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Supporting clinicians and helping the practice run efficiently

Skills & Experience
Certificate III in Dental Assisting (minimum requirement)
4–5 years of dental experience preferred
Comfortable with both chairside assisting and reception tasks
Robust organisational and communication skills
Reliable, positive and professional
