Sideways Deli Cafe is a busy Inner West café known for quality coffee, quick service, great regulars and a strong team culture.

We’re looking for an experienced café all-rounder with solid barista skills to join the team.

The role is mostly floor + customer service, with two shifts per week running the machine while our head barista is off. You’ll need to be confident handling busy coffee service independently and able to stay consistent under pressure.

Pay: $32.00 – $70.00 per hour
