We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, conducting quality checks, maintaining a clean and protected work area, and ensuring production targets are met. Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery is preferred, along with robust attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor machine performance and identify faults
Perform quality inspections on finished products
Load raw materials and remove finished goods
Complete production records and documentation
Maintain a clean and safe work setting
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
