We’re on the lookout for a Contact Centre Manager who knows how to get results - someone ready to take ownership of a high-performing outbound sales team in the Insurance sector and push it to the next level.
This is a hands‑on leadership role based in Brisbane CBD, where you’ll be in the thick of the action - leading from the front and driving a culture built on performance, accountability, and pride.
What’s on offer:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll lead six Team Leaders and around 80 outbound sales consultants. Your focus: drive conversions, develop your leaders, and create a winning, high-energy workplace.
What you’ll bring:
4+ years’ outbound sales leadership experience, ideally from a high-volume contact centre.
A proven ability to smash targets and bring out the best in your team.
Strong grasp of sales, compliance, and productivity metrics to coach and influence effectively.
Confident, commercially minded, and resilient - you lead from the front and hold your own.
