SEE Program Teacher (Skills for Education and Employment)
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated SEE Program Teacher to deliver high-quality training to adult learners from diverse backgrounds. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about building foundation skills and supporting learners to improve their employment and life outcomes.
About the role
The SEE Program Teacher delivers accredited and non-accredited training in literacy, numeracy, digital skills and employability, aligned with the SEE Program Guidelines. You will work closely with learners to support their individual learning goals and pathways to employment or further study.
Key responsibilities
Deliver engaging SEE Program training (face-to-face and/or online)
Develop contextualised learning materials aligned to learner needs
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student records
Support learners with goal setting,
progression and referrals
Comply with SEE Program, RTO and contractual requirements
About you
Relevant qualification in Adult Education, TESOL, Education or similar
Training and Assessment qualification (TAE40122 or equivalent)
Experience teaching adult learners, LLN or foundation skills
Solid understanding of inclusive and learner-centred practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
Experience delivering the SEE Program or similar government-funded programs
Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse learners
