We have continued to move and evolve in our brand-new purpose-built Dealership. Our dedicated and very capable team have also enjoyed the recent introduction of BYD. This new and amazing brand has added hype and activity to our business and is a great addition to our already established foundation brands, Hyundai, Mitsubishi and Pre-Owned.

As our Fixed Operations Manager, you will be leading the service and parts operations. You will oversee workshop performance, customer experience, parts coordination, staff development, and departmental profitability.

The person we see in this role will be expanding their skill set and experiences and will seize the prospect to step up into a Fixed Operations role. You will be joining us at an exciting time and will be leading the team to a new level of success and accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach,



and supervise teams to ensure high performance and professional service delivery.
Develop and implement operating plans to achieve efficiency, profitability, and departmental KPIs.
Establish budgets based on historical data and future growth projections.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure transparent application of warranty, maintenance, and goodwill policies.
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
Monitor departmental performance, analyse variances, and adjust plans to meet targets.
Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and operational risk control.

Team Development
Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and training guidance.
Identify staffing, facility, and equipment requirements based on business needs.
Foster a cooperative, customer focused team culture.
