Senior Planner Hybrid Role – 1 day per week in Pinjarra and 1 day per week in Wagerup (mileage claimable) Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week 6-month casual contract with strong likelihood of extension
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules across all project phases
Update and monitor schedule progress in line with Worley and client governance requirements
Resource planning, forecasting, and utilisation analysis
Prepare project reporting including Portfolio & Project Reports, Earned Value Management (EVM), S-Curves and Resource Histograms
Manage baseline schedules and change management processes
Maintain interfaces between Primavera P6 and cost management systems
Stakeholder engagement and project coordination
Monitor earned value, progress tracking, trending and forecasting
Ideal Candidate
8+ years' experience in Project Planning
Robust construction project experience
Advanced Primavera P6 capability
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid understanding of schedule development, baseline management, change management,
risk analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM)
