This Victoria-based organisation seeks a Senior Manager, People Operations & Governance on a fixed‑term contract. You will lead HR operations, governance and Workday initiatives, guiding the People Services, People Technology and HRIS teams while driving improvements in processes, data integrity and compliance.

You will strengthen governance frameworks, manage Workday backlog and collaborate with Risk, Audit and stakeholders to ensure timely remediation and a smooth leadership transition.
