Our client is a growing Western Australian organisation investing in the modernisation of its people and recruitment processes. Having recently implemented Employment Hero, they are seeking a specialist to help maximise the platform's capabilities and establish scalable HR workflows.

Job Description
Lead the implementation of Employment Hero HR and Recruitment modules
Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Develop a Scope of Work and implementation roadmap
Configure workflows, approvals, onboarding and recruitment processes
Review current processes and recommend best-practice improvements
Support system testing, user acceptance testing and issue resolution
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to key users
Provide go-live support and implementation guidance

The Successful Applicant
Previous hands-on Employment Hero implementation experience
Robust understanding of HR and Recruitment module functionality
Experience configuring workflows and system settings




Ability to gather requirements and document solutions
Knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes quickly
Experience developing implementation plans and process documentation
