About the Role

We are currently looking for experienced Chef De Parties, Catering Assistants and Kitchen Hands to work across multiple sites in Melbourne which offers a flexible work schedule whilst delivering a premium dining experience to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing
Create and deliver fresh, seasonal, and high-quality menu options that rival 5-star hospitality standards.
Cater to boardrooms, private schools, cafés and events.
Work alongside and support our clients core team to consistently deliver a superior level of service.
Uphold best practice in food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and OH&S; compliance.




Coordinate daily catering needs and collaborate with our client's team to execute corporate functions seamlessly.
Work across multiple sites.

What You'll Need
Unrestricted working rights.
Robust communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Polished presentation and a high level of grooming.
A high level of professionalism and the ability to perform under pressure.
Recognised catering and hospitality qualifications (Australian or international).
Robust culinary background with knowledge of both classical and contemporary cookery.
Victorian Food Safety qualifications
Victorian Working With Children Check
Recent Police Check
