What You’ll Do:
Build robust relationships and motivate clients throughout their employment journey
Help clients develop confidence, skills and job readiness
Connect clients with employment prospects through local employers and our Employer Engagement team
Support people to maintain employment and overcome challenges
Work with community partners and support services to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements
