We’re seeking a highly experienced Senior Flavourist, with approx 15 years of proven success in flavour development, to lead sweet flavour creation projects across Australia and Asia. You'll collaborate with creative teams, engage directly with customers to bring their visions to life, and shape the flavours found in confectionery, beverages, bakery, dairy, tea, and more. Every day, you’ll develop new concepts, refine existing flavours for unique applications, and harness cutting-edge technology such as automation and GCMS flavour extraction to ensure perfect matches. You’ll work hands-on with the latest automated production systems and help transition creations from lab to large-scale production.
