Our client is a leading Healthcare/Hospital group, seeking to appoint a proven FM Executive to support the delivery of key FM and related services to the Hospital

Ideally you have proven leadership and commercial depth to oversee contracts and suppliers, engage with senior peer Hospital executives and government authorities. Clearly a technical or engineering/trade experience would underpin your depth to oversee critical asset infrastructure reliability and asset management.

You are an active and skilled executive, who wants to have a positive impact on the assets, lead and motivate your team, suppliers and other stakeholders. Using a fresh approach, you need to review all elements of the service, adopt recent innovations and improve the partnership culture with the customer and suppliers.
