Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced Quarry Manager to lead the Axedale Sand & Gravel operation, 25 minutes east of Bendigo. You will oversee production, health & safety, maintenance and full P&L; responsibility.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage people, drive continuous improvement, and build robust relationships with stakeholders while maintaining a robust safety culture. The role offers a market-competitive salary package with a company vehicle and performance bonus.
