Support high-quality Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) services through administration, compliance, and quality assurance. Work closely with Operations Managers, Therapeutic Specialists, and Case Workers to maintain accurate records, meet regulatory requirements, and improve service delivery.

Duties
Provide administrative support to Operations Managers and case work teams
Coordinate case planning, care team, cultural, and internal meetings
Maintain accurate client records and update case management systems
Audit files, review documentation, and monitor compliance requirements
Liaise with government agencies, families, and internal stakeholders where approved
Skills & Experience
Knowledge of OOHC standards and regulatory requirements
Solid administration, organisation, and record management skills
Experience with compliance, auditing, or quality assurance processes
Ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and discretion
Current unrestricted driver's licence; relevant tertiary qualification desirable
