Bright & Duggan Group is seeking a friendly, reliable Concierge to be the welcoming face of the building. You will manage the concierge desk, respond to calls and emails, and assist residents with inquiries and issues.
The role includes basic building maintenance awareness and ensuring the office and shared areas are clean and well presented. You will work 32 hours per fortnight, including overnight and afternoon shifts, and will be a key ambassador for the group’s customer service standards.
