CRITICAL ROLE IN THE FINANCE TEAM

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this Finance Manager will lead a team of five and take ownership of the leasing, revenue and cashflow piece as well overseeing the transaction processing and reporting function across the group.

Key aspects to the role include:
Support preparation of annual financial statements and coordinate external audit documentation
Deliver monthly reporting inputs to management and board in line with reporting timetables
Oversee accurate and timely processing of all revenue, invoicing and debtor collections




Manage/oversee AP/AR transactional activities
Lead and develop a team including Revenue Controller, Accounts Receivable and Finance Officers
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, procedures and internal controls

What you'll bring:
CPA or CA qualification
Minimum 10 years' experience in a transactional accounting role
Proven experience managing a team in a fast paced finance environment
Solid ERP systems experience, Technology One CiA highly regarded
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
