About the Company

Our client is one of Australia's leading agribusinesses, providing trusted products, services and advice to farming communities across the country. An outstanding chance now exists for an experienced Branch Manager to lead an established Katherine regional operation and drive its continued growth and profitability.

About the Role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, commercial performance and day-to-day operations of the branch. You will develop your team, strengthen key customer relationships and ensure the branch consistently achieves its financial and operational objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Leading and developing a high-performing team

Driving sales growth and branch profitability

Building robust relationships with key agricultural clients





Managing budgets, branch operations and inventory

Supporting business development and community engagement

Education / Experience / Skills

Min 5 years’ experience within agriculture, rural retail, sales or branch management

Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a successful team

Solid commercial acumen with experience driving sales, budgets and branch performance

Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
