Minimum 2 years' experience in a qualified kitchen Relevant Chef qualifications or equivalent trade experience HACCP and sound Food Safety knowledge
Experience working in high-volume catering environments Ability to work across a range of food service offerings, including daily operations, events and functions Exceptional grooming and pride in presentation
Ability to produce quality food using fresh ingredients and demonstrate creativity Robust organisational and time management skills Passion, dedication, reliability and a willingness to learn
Flexible and positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment Then we want to hear from you!
