The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations in Darwin seeks a Chief Counsel/First Assistant Secretary to lead the Workplace Relations Legal Division.

You will provide independent legal advice on workplace relations, work health and safety, and workers' compensation; support legislative reform and manage litigation involving the Minister.

This role requires a robust legal background, admission as a practitioner, and eligibility for Negative Vetting 1 clearance.
