David Brown Santasalo is a global leader in engineered gear systems, serving industries from mining to manufacturing. We are seeking for a energetic ICT Business Analyst in our Australian office in Bulli, NSW.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and customer requirements and translates them into system and business requirements
Design business solutions supported by ERP and CRM systems
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Map and document business processes and workflows
Optimize SAP configuration and business processes
Facilitate communication between business users and technical stakeholders
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement
Analyze business data to improve commercial decision-making
Participate in ICT-enabled business improvement projects





Skills & Qualifications
Robust background in business process analysis and ICT systems.
Experience with documentation, modelling tools, and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of project management and software development lifecycles.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an ICT Business Analyst
