Job Description

This position will entail complete responsibility for the Trade Drive thru and Yard business.

The role
Driving the trade business, sales and profit margins, contributing to the overall running and success of the business
Meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPIs of the business
Oversee the complete operations of the inventory management, merchandising,



stock ordering, and store presentation
Training and Development
Rostering and performance management

Ideally you will have or be
Prior experience in the Building & Trade sector
A focus for safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a store /assistant store manager role
A passion for the hardware and building products
Excellent Customer Service
