We're on the lookout for Adult & Junior Retail Assistants to come and join our team at Hillzeez Busselton & Subculture Busselton!

About us:

HILLZEEZ is a family-owned and operated market leader in specialized surf and skate retail. We've been providing customers with a wide range of surf and skate products for over 30 years. We stock apparel, accessories, wetsuits and shoes, as well as a range of essential other products for all your surfing and skating needs.

Combined with our sister-store, Subculture, and our very own Ripcurl stores in Busselton and Albany, we provide our down south community with an iconic shopping experience and access to all the gear, all the year!

About the role:

We're looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join the Busselton team in providing friendly and helpful customer service instore. This role will specifically involve:
Helping to maintain our iconic, high energy instore vibe,
Providing outstanding customer service to all that visit us,



including helping customers find products and processing their sales through the register,
Maintaining stock merchandising standards and our overall instore appearance,
Being part of our awesome crew who have a passion for retail in the down south surf and skate community!

Ideal candidates will have:
A passion for our down south community,
Enthusiasm for surf and skate products,
Ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers,
Availability to attend shifts on weekends, public holidays and throughout December/January (our most exciting - and busiest - months!).
