Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services is seeking a Parent Mentor to deliver Day-to-day support for the Parent Pathways program in Geelong. You will maintain a caseload, directly support participants and carers, and engage with the community to ensure effective program delivery.

The role requires experience in voluntary programs, robust case management, and ability to work with diverse backgrounds. The program emphasises adaptable, individualised support and outcomes for families.
