We are representing a global mining major seeking a high-caliber Senior Commercial Lead for a flagship Capital Projects. This senior, strategic role provides commercial authority over a complex program of works, balancing internal proect delivery management with high-level EPCM partner oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end commercial outcomes and strategy for large-scale brownfield and greenfield mining infrastructure.
Direct high-value tenders, contract management, variations, and complex claims resolution for capital projects.
Provide EPCM Oversight, rigorous governance and assurance, acting as the primary commercial conduit between the project and delivery partners to ensure schedule and cost compliance.
Governance & risk, mitigate commercial exposure and ensure strict compliance within a complex, gated matrix structure.

What You Bring




Extensive senior commercial experience within Mining, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Process sectors.
Deep knowledge of standard-form construction/process contracts and the ability to manage sophisticated commercial landscapes.
Proven ability to challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and lead as a commercial authority in a senior matrix workplace.
Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar ($100M+) capital infrastructure portfolios.
