Full-time (Monday to Friday) 8.30am - 5.30pm

About the Role

As the face of our office, your role is key to creating a warm, qualified, and welcoming experience for every client, visitor, and team member. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
Managing emails and correspondence
Assisting with general administrative duties and data entry
Supporting the sales and property management teams with day-to-day tasks




Maintaining the presentation of the front office

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (real estate experience is a plus!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Well-presented with a professional phone manner
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
A team player with a can-do attitude!
