The Salvation Army is seeking an Initial Assessment & Planning Worker in Geelong, VIC. This fixed-term full time role (12 months) reports to the Team Leader and is based in Geelong.
Compensation is in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 5, with a focus on compassionate intake and planning for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. You will conduct assessments, provide information and referrals, and collaborate with community services to connect clients with appropriate supports.
