Key Responsibilities
Bethe principal contact between the Dealership & Service Customers
Maintaining professional knowledgeable communication with customers throughout the whole service process
Explaining repair work and costs to customers
Providing accurate invoices and reports to service customers
Booking in and coordinating services for customers
Liaising with internal personnel from various department





Basic Position Requirements
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent team skills
Confidently communicate with customers and team members
Highly driven and organised individual
NTdriver's license
Dealership Experience would be Advantageous
